We have all had those moments when things happen in our lives and we sit back to ponder, “Am I the Problem?”

Odds are, you are the problem…but not 100 of the time. No one is perfect so we all have things we do wrong. We also can always make improvements.

What I’ve found is that patterns are the best indicator of issues we are carrying with us. If you experience one unfortunate circumstance and don’t experience it again, that’s okay. But if you continuously run into the same problem, this is an indicator that you are contributing to thing problem.

But that’s okay because there are always ways to make improvements. Just because you have this pattern right now does not mean you will always have it.
