But yet it made perfect sense
Like a room full of emptiness, but still full of life from past memories

Hi everyone!
I am currently an associate clinical social worker in Los Angeles, California. I am in the process of obtaining my license to operate independently and start my own practice.
The purpose of this blog is to bring easily accessible mental health information and normalize our experiences in life. Let’s talk about coping strategies, our feelings, and create a space of authenticity. Please remember this is just information. It is not to diagnosis any conditions. Please contact a local therapist for further assessment if needed.
Thank you for your time. I appreciate all the support.
